Legs were burning, and sore next day, but not as intense as I thought it was going to be (not like lifting hard weights)

Can do most exercises except for the arm balances.
Added more weight for shoulder and tri exercises, a little more for biceps (were really sore last week).
Was supposed to do Plyo, but didn’t have video with me. Ended up doing calisthenics (burpees, swings, etc.) mixed with rope jumping for a total time of about 45 min.
Increased reps on some of the pushups but was definitely burning more at the last dive bomber set.
Increased db weight for pulls. Wasn’t able to increase pull-ups at all.
At in-laws for the Easter long weekend without access to any equipment so missed Legs & Back workout.
Did Shoulders & Arms & Abripper back-to-back. Biceps were burning by end of workout but probably could have pushed shoulders harder.
Did ~35 min. of Plyo first thing in morning, later in day did 30 min. of cardio (elliptical + cross-ramp)
First time through, took it easier to pace. Used gravitron for pull-up assistance after first set. Need to use heavier weights for rowing.
