Can feel legs building stamina on wall squats,etc., still burns but I can hold it longer.

Did this in my hotel room in the morning. Didn’t have running shoes so I tried to do it "low impact". Was still pouring sweat at the end.

This week is all screwed up because of my schedule. I’m going to mainly do cardio this week and try to get an upper body workout.
Did the Plyo workout. Still extremely tough. Extremely.

Didn’t feel I loosened up as much as last time I did the Stretch program. Was still feeling sore from Friday legs routine.

Didn’t have the full hour and a half so I just did a 45. min. power yoga. Felt SO good, could really feel the hips & shoulders loosening up.

Ouch. Sweating profusely when done, noticed hips and shins sore the next morning. Was doing in basement on cement floor, may need to get some rugs/mats to soften the surface.

Since I started off lighter in week 1 I’ve been able to add weight/reps every workout to the point that I can now really feel the burn.

First time doing this optional workout on the 7th day. Loved it. Could really feel sore muscles loosening up. Will continue to do this one going forward.
