Can feel legs building stamina on wall squats,etc., still burns but I can hold it longer.

Did this in my hotel room in the morning. Didn’t have running shoes so I tried to do it "low impact". Was still pouring sweat at the end.

Thur. Apr. 23 - Week 3 Power yoga

Didn’t have the full hour and a half so I just did a 45. min. power yoga. Felt SO good, could really feel the hips & shoulders loosening up.

Ouch. Sweating profusely when done, noticed hips and shins sore the next morning. Was doing in basement on cement floor, may need to get some rugs/mats to soften the surface.
