Muscles For Breakfast?

A few pics of Kristy Hawkins from her recent 2nd place finish over the weekend at the Atlantic City Pro.

Kristy has one of the best physiques in female bodybuilding and probably has the second best set of of arms behind Zoa Linsey.

I found out Zoa’s contest weight is around 170 lbs., while her offseason weight is around 200 lbs! Just incredible. Her arms look like an NFL linebacker’s.

I mean really…Wow!

I have seen a lot of amazing physiques, but I have to say this is probably the best. I am completely and utterly in awe of Mrs. Linsey. She possesses (in my opinion) the best combination of muscle size/thickness and looks of any female bodybuilder on the scene today. Her body is flawless from top to bottom and she looks absolutely gorgeous.

Hopefully one day I can aspire others to reach their bodybuilding goals the way Zoa has inspired me. I know it will take time, but looking at her pictures everyday and realizing that with hard work and dedication I too can have a body that looks that amazing.
