Muscles For Breakfast?

My (current) favorite female bodybuilder (since Cindy Phillips and Britt Miller both decided to give up bodybuilding).

Katka has incredible looks to go along with her amazing physique and is only 25 if I’m not mistaken. Hopefully, we’ll see a lot more of her in the future.

If anyone is looking for some inspiration (or a good visual kick in the ass) I couldn’t think of a better place to start than with the lovely Sarah Hayes.

Hayes just won the 2009 Europa (held in her home of Dallas) with the physique on display in the bottom picture. The picture on top was taken just 18 months earlier!

Her transformation over that time is incredible and just goes to show what one can do with the proper training, diet, and motivation.
