Chest Day
Decent chest day, flat bench 2 sets of 225lbs 6 reps, 2 sets of 205lbs 8 reps, 2 sets of 185 10 reps. Then 4 sets of incline smith press 225lbs 8 reps, followed that up with dips, incline dumbbell flys 35lbs 3 sets 10 reps, cable flys and then abs.
