i fell off
October 10, 2007ive had so much going on here lately that i havent been able to work out. i was doing pretty good with the "eat clean diet" and water. i lost some water weight and a lot of the bloated feeling. i went out and got a barbell set. and that was a far as i got with it.
i just think that i need to make time to workout. see i work 12 hrs on a 3 day rotating shift. so sometimes i have to be at work from 6am to 6pm. then from 6pm to 6am. when i have to work days i try ( i mean really try ) to get up at 3am and aim to start getting ready for work around 430. but it just doesnt happen that way when i work mornings. now i can do it when i have to be there at 6pm. so there just something wrong with my internal clock. lol
but today is a workout day, and im off so ill get motivated.
