Time to get back to work
Well, after a hard earned lesson, I am now back to lifting. A few months ago, I injured a nerve in my arm while trying to lift too heavy. I’m very thankful that the doc thinks the injury will heal over time, and has cleared me to begin lifting again. For the past few weeks I’ve been lifting very light, but now it’s finally time to start lifting heavier again, BUT not to overdo it.
