Alternating Dumbbell Curls

20 lb dumbbells 1 X 15

Seated dumbbell concentration curls

Standing Curls with Rope

High Cable Peaking Curls

    Imbiggert, that’s an impressive workout. I know you’re working-out for a long time already but when I look at the weight you’re using for those exercises i’m impressed. Quit a lot of your reps are my max. I’m just training for about 8 month now (once a week)
