In the upcoming weeks I’ll be traveling out of town 4 days a week, for 8 weeks for work, I feel this going to wreck the work I’ve invested thus far. My biggest concerns are finding a place to work out and eating the proper foods. I have two ideas as far as working out. I’ve looked into the P90X + system or a dumbbell workout plan.
Does anyone have any experience with the system or know of any full body dumbbell work outs?
As fas as my meals I have my trusty Foreman Grill to try to prepare the most sensible meal Entrée as possible(in a hotel room). Its very easy to get distracted especially when the company is picking up the bill. Are there any road warriors with advice on eating on the go?

Yesterday completes my first week of a total commitment to the gym, and I must say by Friday I woke excited that it was my back day. In the gym I’m pretty much sticking to the program set to set, rep to rep. But out the gym is another story. My biggest challenge will be the dieting part. Its not that I just eat junk but sometimes I work 14-16 hour days that when I look up I’ve been so busy I’ve forgotten to eat all day. So I’ll go get a Little Caesars hot and ready and thats lunch, snack, and dinner rolled into one. (I honestly can eat pizza everyday) I’m a great cook but time is limited and prevents me from doing so. Another place I know I’m falling short is sleep. I know I’m not getting enough, resting to me is laying on the couch with my laptop and the TV playing in the background. Many nights I dont make it to the gym until 12 and its close to 2am or later when I finishing up my work out, then its off and running again a 8am. I’m going to have to learn to do some major time management or add some more hours in the day. I’d like to hear back from some of you other busy individuals on how you manage your life’s with work, family, eating and the gym
