Another night and another post can you tell that im bored yet but as most of my other post this one is spurred on by todays events. The people at my gym are really starting to get on my nerves, between the accusations and pure ignorance lays me and a few other of the body building ways. The story of today is of accusation but is a rather short one because i stopped it before it got out of hand.

Its chest day and my training partner and i are on the flat bench doing our sets, the problem is that a little while back i put a tear in my rotator cuff and subsequently was not ablt to goes as high on my chest exercises and shoulders, within the same time frame my training partner ripped his chest muscles rather deeply and they took a while to recoperate. As you can see i am drawing a picture that puts our bench press well below what it was at one point in time, to us it was just a natural set back to be over come but to the wankers of the guy (see previous posts) it was a sign of something else. We got through our day and went for the post workout shake and shower, while we were putting our shakes together, 60 gram protien isolate, 10 gram monohydrate, 10 gram glutamine, one of the wanker enters the change room and starts educating us on why supplements are bad for you. The typical argument ensues between us until the accusation, he said to us "well i guess its natural to think supplements arent bad for you after being on steroids". At first this was a complement to me, wow i havent been accused of being on steroids since high school, but than it got out of hand when he started saying that he was going to call the cops on us and all this other shit that wouldnt have made a differance in our lives even if he did follow through on dumb ass threats. We got him to leave, or as some of you would say, we tossed him out, and went back to our business.

The point of this is that i am really starting to realise how little people actually know what they are putting into their bodies and what it does for them. The easy thing to debate here is that supplements are bad for you. The fact of the matter is that as long as you stay within the general outline of how to use them, they will not harm you. Think about, do supplement companies need lawsuits against them, they will tell you how to use the product so that nothing can happen to them and they can gain the most profit that is possible. Even if you hear about a lawsuit against a company you would at least consider not take their product. This i didnt spend to much time on in my mind, it was the steroid accusation that made me think.

Steroid are arguable the safest illegal drug out there. When used properly and with proper counter-effect drugs that can be procured from your doctor legally almost all risk is taken out of the proceedings. This is of course if you are takeing pharmasutical grade drugs, which brings me to another point, the only real reason why steroids are dangerous is because its made in underground labs and so forth when it is also made labritories under safe condisions. Up to this point is what i would think most people would understand so i think im going to stop now. What i am going to say is that is very hard to sway my opinion and that no i have never been on steroids but if i had the opportunity to do them safely i would.

Over the past few weeks at the gym i have become less self centered and observed many different classes of people who come and work out. Im posting this because i thought a few of you at least would get a kick out of it.

First the Ones being trained: These are the rich people that have decided that they want to get into shape and think that by getting a trainer that they will automatically become the greatest thing to ever walk the face of the earth. of couse there are exceptions to the rule where they actually work hard for the changes and want to learn everything that they can but the vast majority are of the first type.

The cardio Mongers: these are the poeple that ashow up at the gym, both men and women, and do nothing but cardio. They eventually become walking corps and are in my eyes the ugliest people at the gym.

The Female showoffs: These girl show up in the most skintight clothing that you have ever seen. There are two feeling that i have about this, first, leave something to the imagination guys arnt that stupid. second how the ever bloody **** do you train in it, i mean you have to be constricted in at least some ways. To sum up all my feeling for you kind of girl aout there, get out of my gym and wear that stuff where i would actually take notice and initiative. NO seriously get the **** out of my gym if you arnt there to train.

The Wankers: These guys are the equivalnt of the female showoffs but are alot more innoying to me. These guys represent about 90% of all guys in an average gym. These are the guys that weight 130 with abs all year round and have god complexes that can only be trumped by mine, lol. They come in do abs for an hour and a half and when they do decide to do any form of workout, do it in such a way as you can only be astonished by the idiocy of it all. i have observed a caucasian male approx. 5′8" at 140 pounds go to the bench press and put on 315 pounds, my max by the way, having his friend basically dead lift it off the rack for him to which he proceded to lower it 1.5 inchestry and push it back up where his friend completed another dead lift for him and put it back. He than proceeded to get get up and walk as close as he could get to me and in a loud voice say "that wasnt so hard", to which i replied by almost putting a 45 plate into his head before my training partner stopped me, the only time someone has had to forcibly restrain me from hurting another living thing. To this day if he ever sees me in the gym he will ether stay on the other side of the gym or leave. I hate these guys the most.

Now for a change of pace for the good people.

First the people that are trying to be healthy: these are usually the older member of a gym that come regularly and pay there dues both finacially and physically. I have much respect for them because i hope to be one of them someday. i try and train with them on ocassion as well.

The recovery: these are the people that have been injured and are trying to get back to what they were, even though i know they will not remain at the gym i do andmire the determination that they have for striving to remain themselves.

BodyBuilders and powerlifters: The final group of people that are the greats of the greats. The men and women that have made the iron the life style that they have chosen. We are warriors that will never stop til the day that we die and beyond that we have left people to carry on our legacy. If you hear a groan of pain followed by a laugh you may be able to find us but if you arnt one you will never understand what goes though the darkest parts of our minds. I can only hope and pray that one day i will find the female equivalent of myself and i hope that you all find yours.

well everyone those are my basic catigories and i am sure that you can sub-divide them but if i have missed any of them be sure to tell me so that i may make corrections and why dont you also tell me what catigory you fit into!!!

I think that this blog may be a bit longer than the previous seeing as how their is a lot to say about this topic. To start I think it should be outlined what motivation is. Motivation can be long as well as short term thing that get you up off your ass and to the gym or where ever you may train, these things can be physical as well as mental stimuli that works for a specific person or a group of people. This is my personal thought of what motivation is, in a condensed form, and I would encourage you to tell me yours if you so do wish, I promise that i will read them and try and get back to you with some feed back. What I think I will do is go on and name a few people that that have helped me to see the light and get off my ass and start and maintain what has become a life style rather than just a hobby.

The first few people that I would like to thank are actually the ones that have commented on my last blog, if you do not want to be mentioned I will gladly take you off of this just send me a message. The first person that I would like to thank is bodyspaceadmin, this comment was perticularly important for me because it showed that this site is moitored and that matter are taken seriously but with just a light touch. It is also encourageing to see that a person that has been at this game longer than I have not only takes interest in those that are still learning but also agrees with the mentality of what i say which shows me that in some signifigant way that there is still strenght and honor insted of just asstetically charged wankers in what we do and how carry ourselves. To you I thank. The next person that i would like to mention left a short very pointed comment of agreeance but when looking into her profile I found a woman that I find as a great motivation, and could be a great motivation to many others. FitMeg08 I would like to thank you not only for your support but also the motivation of the life that you live. A mother that has taken it upon herself to become heathly for all the right reasons, her child. As a parent much time is taken up with the love and care for a child but still to be able to find the time to train and strive for a goal is incredible, and if you can do it than any person can. To you I thank. The next person is just another one of the boys but to see such a comment come from him shows that there is still hope for the general male populous. Stryka I thank you for the support that you have shown and for the suggestion that you put forward. His suggestion is that when you get a rude personal message to put it for all to see, to do beleive that this pertains mostly to the women of the site. Hopefully this will deture such guys from doing these things in the future. You motivate me by showing that guys in our general age range do take this life style as seriously as I do and its not just those little guys at the gym that sample every excersise once than go to all the others of the opposite sex and put what I and other like me do to shit. To you I thank. The last person that I would like to thank from my previouse posting is OldManSkinny, you motivate me in one of the simpilest ways possible. Even when you age you can still be fit and reach for new goals. To you I thank.

There is more to come so dont comment yet i just have to go and do leg day, ill be back

Its been a few weeks and i guess its time to finish this all up, the next people i am going to thank are not gona get the same intros because they do not need them, you all know people like them.

first my training partner, Sina, always been with me. My second training partner, stefano, a creation of mine. My original training partner, Aram, my strength, smaller package. My supplement guy, dave, the first truly big guy i have ever met and will consider him a friend for as long as i live and train. Dave’s gf, isabella, beautiful and one of the nicest poeple you will ever meet. all of these people i have a place for in my ticker seeing as how i dont really have a heart per say, and you are my motivation!!!

To all of you I thank.

I’m going to try and keep this one short and to the point. Maybe i have been sullied by other forums such as on the animal pak site but it seems to me that their is a lot of useless and degrading material on the forums here and that is why I am using my personal blog to say as such and not force others to try and think the way I do. I have been looking at a few peoples profiles and it seems that all the women on the site or not only objectified but also it has come to the point of harassment and to this I ask you all the stop. These women are here for some of the same reasons that guys are, not nessesarily to get bigger but just to get into better shape and to deture them so early as such when they come seek help and advise just is not right. We can all see the comments that you put up as public but I can only imagine the other private messages that the women receive. Other things not to do, post pictures of ambercromb models and ask how to get a body like that, you are the ones that get the comments that you deserve!!! If you read this all the way through leave me a comment or a private message, doesnt matter if you say you like it or call me butt pirate but i just would like to know if the word is getting out in any signifigant way.
