Eat, Drink, and be Merry
I’m eating my carbs and my protein. I’m drinking protein shakes and supplements like there’s no tomorrow. And I’m happy about it. Honestly, it was difficult at first to get in all those carbs when I tried to stay away from it. But, my metabolism is up and I’m hungry by the time my next meal comes around.
I’m presently taking BCAAs, Glutamine, Creatine, No-Xplode, CellMass, and Multi-Vs. I’m thinking on adding some kind of joint supplement into the mix. Not sure what kind, got to do some more research on it.
Tonight I trained back, traps, and abs.

I followed the back/trap training with Leg Raises, 5 sets of 15. And the ab machine, sets 1-4 x 15, set 5x 50.
My diet was good. I’ve been trying to incorporate more veggies and fruits, since my trainer said I can eat as much of it as I want…for now at least. I won’t go into detail, it’s too long to write it all down right now. But I pretty much took in 50g of carbs for meals 1-3 + 25/30g protein. Meals 4-5 I ate 25g carbs + 25/30g protein. And for meals 6-7 is JUST the protein. I’m weighing in about 130lbs in the am. That’s about 6lbs I put on in 3 weeks since I’ve started this program/diet. I’ll have my bf% taken again next week. I’m curious to see where I’m at now.
