Troubleshooting a 10lb discrepency

- scale batteries are shot?
- menstruation?
- soda sodium?

It’s a mystery but at least I’m near where I originally started. Women’s bodies, like our emotions, are very complicated.

    soda would be a definite culprit. Stick with water. Even diet soda isn;t that great for you. In college, a lot of weight gain was from the sodas I’d have everyday.
