Progress, the invisible type

So with a little encouragement from a friend on here, I decided resolutely that I would take and post progress pictures! The only set back is that I put my camera in my desk drawer and all of a sudden the drawer started sticking and no amount of hurculean effort could free it. I know because I sicced my man-friend on the dirty bastid.

After researching how to pick locks and making a few futile attempts, I dug up a hammer and crowbar and went berserk. It felt good defeating my snotty bitch desk! So yes, I scored a camera, squeezed into my old bikini and snapped away. Excitedly, I copied them to the computer, anticipating big changes. I opened each and studied the pictures pixel by pixel…

And man, what a let down! Given these pictures are only two weeks apart, I don’t see any real noticeable progress - so er, I’m not posting my fat ass on here… yet. I wish I had taken pictures of me at my heaviest. But like all heavy people, pics tend to be avoided at all costs, right?

Till next time!

I see very noticeable changes in your shoulders and back!! On the side…look again girl!! Keep going and dont get discouraged!! I’m 6 days out…and drinking SO much water right now I actually look worse than my last progress pics! I was discouraged until my trainer reminded me it’s normal and is going to suddenly go the day before and day of competition!!

This is a journey!! Keep going!! You can make it happen!!

You are doing great, keep your head up! I have found that the pics tend to be my biggest motivation….they never lie! And that is the good AND bad news :) I have been very disappointed a couple of times after studying my pics, after the frustration settles I always have a new-found enthusiasm for my quest to burn that fat away!! And posting them for the world to see kinda keeps me accountable…anyways, keep working hard and I know that you will be a fitness diva soon enough!!!
