I am back from Washington and I have great and exciting news!  I won 2nd place and I qualify for Nationals!  Wow what an amazing experience I had and I am going to continue and my next goal is to compete at the North Americans end of August!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only 4 days left and I am sooooo nervous and excited!   I am depleting now and even though I feel so weak I know it will be worth it!  My husband and I are leaving for Seattle on Thursday morning so I have to start packing! Protan starts tomorrow and I cant wait to see how I will look when I am super dark and all carbed up Carbing uyp starts Wednesday and I will eat red potatoes all day.  Believe it or not I am excited to eat potatoes because i am so sick of chicken..  I can’t wait to write about the outcome of the show, and hopefully it will be a good one!
