talk about uneven.
Whoa guys. My body is strugglin’ and needs some serious schooling. I think Im healthy fit, but I want to be as bad-ass as everybody else in this space. I do mostly cardio and quite frankly, I think I’ve had enough of it and I’m looking to cut down on some running and get serious with some weight training. One of my problems is that when I weight-train, I feel like I have the worst form ever, which have resulted into an uneven appearance, as you can see. I think it’s kind of funny how I turned out (I have a sense of humour about everything) Its like, one side is all curvy and the other is all bulky and straight. I never noticed until I took this picture 5 minutes ago. Hopefully, I can look back at this and laugh some more.
Tips, Comments, Questions and Complaints are welcome:)

Have youy thought about a Personal Trainer? There are also books you can look at at Barnes and Noble … I used to just go in there to do some research on workouts and lifting techniques … I found that to be very helpful.

was there a time in your training journey that resulted into something like mine? I just dont understand what im doing wrong really. Ive considered a personal trainer, but surviving on a college student’s 8 bucks an hour is going to get me about 15 minutes of their time.

Use dumbbells instead of machines and barbells to help even yourself out. =)
