Cardio

I took my dog out with me to the park tonight. I went easy on the poor thing though lol. Here’s what I did:

2/3 of a mile running, 2/3 of a mile walking, 2 sets of 20 pushups.

Didn’t really go all out on account of the rain. My puppy wanted to get home soon, too.

Cheating..

I cheated all day yesterday.. I wasn’t proud of myself at all and now I regret it. I had hamburgers, crackers, ice cream, and sugary drinks =[   I’m goin’ to the gym around 12:30.. tris, bis, and forearms today. Then drivers ed for 4 hours, then after that I’ma get to the park and do a sh!tload of cardio…    ahh. I’ll post that tonight for you all to see.

The Fourth!

Happy 4th of July! I’m not goin’ to do legs today because today is a family holiday (for my family anyway). I spent all day cleanin’ the garage out, and cardio killed last night. I’ll do arms tomorrow and then I have driver’s ed for 4 hours (4-8pm)… damn!

Today & tonight

Today! Ah, well I worked all freakin day. When I got home, I took green magnitude, white flood, and purple wraath at different times and then went to the gym. I didn’t feel anything until I hit the weights. I had a tremendous boost of energy but I didn’t really have a boost in strength. Green magnitude tasted the best. White flood sucked in terms of taste and wraath wasn’t too bad. I think I’m just gonna stop supplementing all together for a while and just buy a sh!tload of chicken, steak, eggs and starchy carbs.

Anywho, tonight’s plan. Here’s how I plan on completing my cardio for tonight!

run 1/3 of a mile

25 pushups

high knee sprints (length of Basketball court) x6

run 1/3 of a mile

25 bench dips

high knee sprints (length of Basketball court) x6

run 1/3 of a mile

25 pushups

high knee sprints (length of Basketball court) x6

run 1/3 of a mile

25 bench dips

high knee sprints (length of Basketball court) x6

I hope all this hardwork pays off man! I’m workin’ my @$$ off everyday like there’s no tomorrow.  It’s okay though, my work ethic surpasses most people’s. Until tomorrow you bodybuilding freaks =]

That C word…

Cardio, cardio, cardio! I don’t think any of us enjoy it. However, today wasn’t bad in terms of this terrible word. I went down to the park by the pond today. Here’s how it went down:

run 1/3 of a mile

20 chinups

high knee sprints

run 1/3 of a mile

20 pushups

high knee sprints

run 1/3 of a mile

10 chinups

high knee sprints

run 1/3 of a mile

I’m exhausted!! Pfft, definitely doing this everyday! I received my free samples of green magnitude, purple wraath, and white flood today from controlled labs! I’m guna stack them tomorrow! I’ll post for all of you to get an idea of these supplements! Till tomorrow folks! =]

BOOK

Driver’s Ed sucked. I find it counterproductive towards my goals, in some ways. Today, I took a fresh black 100 page composition book and I started writing in it. I’m going to use this book throughout the course of the summer, in terms of goals, progress pics, etc. Mainly to keep me from going insane, haha. Every week, (fridays or saturdays), I’m going to take a picture, put it in the book, and underneath it, put what pose and what weight I was. I plan to write as much as possible throughout my lifelong journey. I plan on going through many, many notebooks, again, just to keep me in a peaceful mind state. This sport takes a lot of discipline, might as well start with the mind. I also plan on writing my caloric intake along with protein, carbs, fats etc for each week, so I can just used to what my body needs at what points. For instance, if I need to gain muscle, I’ll look back at what worked and look at the progress pics to see if it’s an adequate transition to date. I want to get accustomed to changing my diet in ways at which I’ll be able to control how I look, they very way I want myself to… but enough rambling on, I’m off to do my running for tonight. Light walk this morning for 40 mins with the dog. Light walk for 25 minutes to the gym. Did arms today, also got my BF reading again.  This time its down to 11%. =] Nice, nice. I got driver’s ed tonight at 6. I plan to run for 20-30 minutes around 8:30. I consumed a lot of carbs today, that can either make me or break me, but we’ll see, we’ll see. ;)

Hardwork pays off

oh man…  where to start? yesterday I woke up at 5am to go to work.  I had to seed and fertilize a big open lot that is undergoing construction with the building of a bunch of new homes.  I was out in the 95 degree weather all day. I got a good sunburn from that. I got home around 2pm and then went to the gym. I did weighted pullups, deadlifts, pulldowns, hyperextensions and barbell rows followed by an ab circuit. When I got home I had to go to driver’s ed. I got home around 8pm and I went for a 30 minute run at 9pm. It was still around 90 degrees!!….Took a shower then off to bed. I woke up this morning feeling so beat - like I got hit by a truck haha. I took the dog out for a walk for cardio right after I woke up. The dog was sweatin’ bullets haha. 40 minutes of light cardio. Today I’m goin to the gym to hit the legs pretty hard. We’ll see, we’ll see…

Didnt get to do any cardio tonight, but I worked my butt off helping some friends move today. A good 6 hours maybe, so that should be adequate. I really didnt eat all that clean today, since I wasn’t home all day and had no choice but to throw some burgers on the grill… had maybe 3 of them, in two different meals.  Since I really cant calculate my daily totals in terms of nutrition today, I’m just going to leave it be and call it a "cheat day." Hopefully my body doesnt get used to that, because I don’t plan on cheating very often. haha I’m kinda dissappointed in myself, but hey, what can ya do? lol Tomorrow’s another day, and the start of week 2 of my summer. Can’t wait till monday though, hittin chest hard baby!!! goodnight all.

good morning =]

I had a diet coke last night, and wow, I couldn’t get to sleep after that. This sudden rush of caffeine that my body wasn’t use to just took over, crazy insomina lol. I woke up at 6:30 and did some light cardio for 40 minutes. I made eggs, had a shake and green tea and jumped in the shower. My abs are really startin to come along, I’m proud of myself. My back is so sore from yesterday. I cant really even remember my back ever being sore from a back workout? Good sign, we’ll see. =D As for the rest of the day, I’m helping someone move into a new house, that should be enough cardio for today, then later tonight I’ll probably jump onthe bike for 20 minutes, or if I get back before the sun goes down, then I’ll prolly have a light 20 minute jog. we’ll see later on. Tomorrow sparks week 2 of my summer, I’m anxious to get back in the gym on monday. alright im leaving, see ya!
