Today! Ah, well I worked all freakin day. When I got home, I took green magnitude, white flood, and purple wraath at different times and then went to the gym. I didn’t feel anything until I hit the weights. I had a tremendous boost of energy but I didn’t really have a boost in strength. Green magnitude tasted the best. White flood sucked in terms of taste and wraath wasn’t too bad. I think I’m just gonna stop supplementing all together for a while and just buy a sh!tload of chicken, steak, eggs and starchy carbs.
Anywho, tonight’s plan. Here’s how I plan on completing my cardio for tonight!
run 1/3 of a mile
25 pushups
high knee sprints (length of Basketball court) x6
run 1/3 of a mile
25 bench dips
high knee sprints (length of Basketball court) x6
run 1/3 of a mile
25 pushups
high knee sprints (length of Basketball court) x6
run 1/3 of a mile
25 bench dips
high knee sprints (length of Basketball court) x6
I hope all this hardwork pays off man! I’m workin’ my @$$ off everyday like there’s no tomorrow. It’s okay though, my work ethic surpasses most people’s. Until tomorrow you bodybuilding freaks =]
