Biceps forearms and abs
Man was tonights workout fun… 2 hours competing with my dad at the gym. Surprisingly he kept up with me. I plan on taking new arm pictures tomorrow after my arms don’t have the after workout swell and time to grow. I’ll be posting pictures of my forearms flexed, I’m really curious to see how they compare to other peoples because I have always had comments about their definition. Anyways time for some sleep, night.
