I didnt right on day 1 for the reason that i wanted to see if I could do this diet. I felt pretty good even with little carbs in me.
For breakfast today I had 2 whole eggs and 5 egg whites with 2 cups of water and green tea.

Today i weighed my self im at 191 which isnt bad at all. I am training and dieting like a mad man. So far I added some new friends and there keeping me motovated. I plan on getting my haircut tomorrow but, my ear pierced today. I can see detailed in my legs coming in and my abs as well. Just the though of winning this is keeping my going and I am not going down without a fight!
