Energy Recommendations??
So lately I've been having ok workouts...im really missing the pump I used to get before this cutting diet. I do the whole carb cycling thing too! On my higher carb days my energy doesnt seem to spike.
Coffee before a workout and caffine pills aren't even helping me at this point. I've been trying to get 2-a-day sessions in about 4 days a week with 1 day completely off. I am wondering if i should start taking a fat burner again just for the energy increase, but I've finally weaned myself off of them. Sleep def isnt a problem for me...I just seem tired all the time!
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I know that after a few days of 2-a days I can't get that extreme pump either. I use a pre-workout supplement which has the caffeine and is supposed to increase the pump. My ultimate trick for working out is the warm up. I hit the treadmill and run what I call a ramp up. Always trying to lower my time on the 1-mile run. Start at a decent jog and every minute increase the speed 0.5 - 1 mph depending on how I feel. By the time I hit the mile I'm usually running around 9 - 9.5 and my heart is racing. I get extra sweaty while lifting weights after that but it pumps you up to go hard.

Superpump250 by Gaspari - that stuff is AWESOME! I had the same thing happen to me...lackluster workouts...and then I tried superpump250 and now I have SO MUCH energy in the gym. But it isn't jittery. Give it a try.
