Finally losing body fat and gaining muscle and strength. can finally curl 95 pd dumbells for 5 reps…….dumb bell press 120 pds……. and my neck is starting to disappear!!!! I am very happy with my progress so far……..gotta concentrate more on my flat bench so I can get 405pds in febuary!!!

I’m proud of myself tday….I was able to shrug 150 pd dumbells in each hand for 10 reps! They do however make one heck of a noise when they hit the floor!!!! LOL Hopefully by next year I’ll be able to do 200 pds. I’ll post pics as soon as I figure out how to!

Need help, can’t gain anymore weight past 192 pds! Can anyone help me out with this problem? I need to get to about 205 to compete!
