I HAVEN’T MADE IT TO THE GYM SINCE MAY!!!!!!!! My job has taken a toll on my energy (I’m a builder). I’ve lost around 10 lbs., but surprisingly I’m still as strong and cut as before, though not as pumped. I guess framing and all the other work involved in construction is a workout in itself!! But I love working out in the gym, so I’m not gone for good…..I’ll make it back someday!

I’ve been hitting the gym almost every day….not on purpose, just because I’m hooked. I’ve been very tired when I get to the gym but after a few minutes I perk up and have an awesome workout! It’s definitely becoming a habit, part of my routine.

My workout partner and I have been drinking at least a gallon of water a day for the last two weeks. I’ve seen a noticeable increase in strength and endurance (not to mention a continuous pump away from the gym!)

Dang! Hitting the gym every day is a lot harder than I thought it would be. I’ve been skipping out a lot lately, but I’ve made it a point to at least work out and exercise at home when I do. The point is not to go to the gym every day, but rather to work out as much as possible without wasting time and energy. And I can do that anywhere….

I’ve been in kind of a pinch lately. The dilemma I’ve found myself in is my work often leaves me exhausted! See, I work in construction- sweating, exerting energy, in the heat and cold- all day every day. And of course, when I get home going to the gym is often the last thing on my list of priorities. Another part of the problem is that I’m not taking any "motivational/energy" supplements. N.O. Explode works awesome, but I work out in the evening- if I take the Nitric Oxide I’ll be up all night! I was taking a Testosterone booster too. It worked great, but had some other (rather frustrating) side effects!! So, that’s the scoop!

I’ve started working out 7 days a week! It’s been great so far…at first I thought it would be overkill, but it’s awesome. Three of the seven days are filler days where I work on my abs (which I have not put much effort into believe it or not!) and other areas that I have neglected (rear delts, etc.) for about 20 min.
Here’s my schedule:
Sun. Deadlifts/Back
Mon. Chest/Bis/Tris
Tue. Abs/Misc.
Wed. Legs/Shoulders
Thur. Abs/Misc.
Fri. Chest/Bis/Tris
Sat. Abs/Misc.
We’ll see how things are going after a few weeks.
