Getting back into the swing of things….
Visiting family in Nor Cal right now. Start work (retraining) the day after I return to OK. Looking forward to getting back into a routine, especially for working out. Goal these next two weeks is to take measurements (and see about getting my body comp taken) and to make goals from there………. Planning on taking updated body pics to see where I’d like to improve- def the inner thighs need work….. My civies fit good, def looser in the waist and some in the thighs/butt area… PROGRESS is what I’m all about…!
