Going to OKC this week for my physical and for taking exam to become an officer in the USAF.
About 2-3 months ago, some co-workers mentioned that I looked good; kinda hinting/trying to find out if I was going to stop there (where I was physically). I was then (during that time) considered ‘average’ physically for a woman in the US. It is really something for others to mention that I look good; but why should I stop there? Why be average!?!?!!
I don’t want to be average or status quo, I truly believe there is always room for improvement.
Lately, I’ve been working on TRYing to drop WEIGHT. I don’t normally go by weight, or scale at all, but I have to meet the requirements for the USAF by the time I go to BOT (Basic Officers Training). I need to drop to 160.
I am currently at 166lbs as of Saturday, Dec 1. I have lost inches, but the scale hasn’t really moved significantly.
Been going back and forth thinking I should forego lifting for awhile (but that’s a no-no b/c I’d lose muscle- the good stuff!) and I don’t want to do that.
Looking to get my body fat measured at the beginning of the year.
Will try and post more often (and keep updated on the site).
