			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok its been a long time since ive written a blog. but here it goes. I&#8217;m now obsessed with working out and working on competing in the Ronnie Classic next year. I&#8217;m doing a chest workout and my Trainer now wants me to do 90% of my max 10 sets of 10 reps. lol he&#8217;s insane and damn it that is going to be hard as hell. I&#8217;m basically doing 300 lbs 100 times in total. what does anybody think?
