Dissapointed but Determined

Ok its been a long time since ive written a blog. but here it goes. I’m now obsessed with working out and working on competing in the Ronnie Classic next year. I’m doing a chest workout and my Trainer now wants me to do 90% of my max 10 sets of 10 reps. lol he’s insane and damn it that is going to be hard as hell. I’m basically doing 300 lbs 100 times in total. what does anybody think?

Hey, well this is my first blog…… so i have to say that yesterday was a fun and relaxing workout. my trainer Tee made me do a lot but i felt great and flew threw them, im a little sore and still have to do my cardio today. ill probably just do 1 mile to 2.
