Hey gang, comin to the end of week 1. Ive made alot of changes to my life. First off since i dont drink alcohol, pop has been my vice. However i have gone the week only drinking pop at most one glass per day, which is a massive improvement on before. Also ive increased my water intake massively in replacement. With two days to go this week ive accomplished most of my work out, been to the gym twice and am going once more, done my core work out twice, and have once more, and done cardio 3 times, with one more to go. Also in the comming weeks i will be spending alot more time outside, which hopefully will help me get a tan.
Also in the past, living the busy lifestyle i do of training, working to pay for school, school, and some form of a social life, its been alot of eatin on the go, take out etc. However i have stoped eating fast food at work entirely, and so far this week havent had it for dinner as ive worked hard to find time to make dinner and lunch.
Im currently in search of a good recipe for a strawberry protein shake if anyone has any ideas.
Thanks, Iceman

I started training in Grade 9 in hopes of becoming a starter for my Sophmore season on the football team. That offseason i made leaps and bounds, through resistance training, track and plyometrics. I acheived my goal and started for 3 seasons of HS Football. Upon Graduation, i had started 21 Games, played Every position in the secondary, made 72 tackles and 5 interceptions. I also was named team captain my Senior year, as well as a league all star, player of the week, and represented my school in the Provincial Senior Allstar game, I also hold the league record for most Interceptions in a single game. I also had gone from a 6′1 125 lb bag of bones, maxing out at 125 for bench, to 165 lbs benching 225, and running a 4.78 40 yard dash. I then played 3 Seasons in an 18-21 year old Junior league, where i was a 2 time league all star, started 25 games, had 3 interceptions, scored a touch down, and made the transition from FS to Weak side Linebacker and was team captain for 2 seasons.
I know your wondering, why is he giving such a detailed description of his football carrer. Its because, football is what got me into fitness, Ive gone on from HS to University where i am currently studying Kinesiology(focusing on fitness and personal training). But as of this past Winter, i am no longer a football player. This has changed how i train, and why i train, i am no longer focused on being in the best football shape of my life, im more inclined now to be in the best shape of my life. I have determination to be all that i can be. I beleive we are all given the tools and oppurtunities to manufacture oureselves into our best possible version, and today i start my journey.
