			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay, so it&#8217;s been 6 weeks and I&#8217;m 8 weeks out from the Naturalmania.  Boy I tell ya . . . when I said I had ALOT of work to do, I was NOT joking.  At this point, my weight has gone up to 135lbs and that&#8217;s very disappointing.  I upped the amount of cardio time to 45 minutes 5xweek so I&#8217;d like to see what kind of progress I&#8217;ll make now.  I&#8217;ve said goodbye to whole wheat (fill in the blank) and I&#8217;m down to 2 starches a day.  This is my third year of comepting and I had no idea how hard it would be this time around.  I did pretty decently my first 2 years competing, and this was when I only put in about 70% effort.  And now that I&#8217;m putting in 110%, go figure (no pun intended), my body decides to NOT make it easy.   Some sort of sick joke, I guess, lol.  Anyways, with these changes I&#8217;ll just have to wait and see.  I&#8217;m praying for improvements <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />   Toon in next time.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay, so after hemming and hawwing all of spring, I&#8217;ve finally decided on a show to compete in this year . . . the INBF&#8217;s 2008 Naturalmania show on September 20th, 2008.  I&#8217;m excited about picking a show but I&#8217;m also a nervous wreck because I completely let myself go after placing 2nd at INBF&#8217;s 2007 Natural Universe Show.  I don&#8217;t know what came over me, lol.  I just ate and ate and ate and ate and . . . well you get the picture.  By the time 2008 rolled around I was 10 pounds over weight (135 pounds) and my bodyfat was a disgusting 30%.  I&#8217;m 14 weeks out and I&#8217;ve got ALOT of work ahead of me&#8230;.but I like a challenge <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />
