Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008[April 02, 2005 up to April 30, 2008] - I did not take any creatine, glutamine, Whey or any other supplements. Just a protein diet that consists of chicken, tuna, egg whites, peanutbutter & low-fat milk.
[May 01, 2008] - I Started taking Whey protein.
Here’s my "supplement plan" for this year (2008):
May 01 up to September 01 - 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein
September 01 up to October 01 - 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein+Syntha6
October 02 up to December 30 - Nitro Tech Hardcore + Syntha 6
I’ll take 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein in breakfast, pre and post workout (Same for Nitro Tech Hardcore), and Syntha6 20 minutes before sleeping.
I just like to try Whey Protein first then add some other supplements to it, like Nitro Tech hardcore, it has some creatine, plus other ingredients for an added pump, so I really dont have to take in other creatine supplements (yet) I just want to "introduce" first the 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein, then syntha6 and then Nitro Tech with its other ingredients to my kidneys and liver before taking in other serious stuff, like N.O.
