Well, I must say that I had a great day. For the first time in my life, I was able to lift 315 pounds. I almost lifted 300 a couple of years back, but my spotter touched the bar-so I don’t count that one. But this is the first time that I have been able to lift this heavy, especially since my shoulder injury. This ends my first cycle of H-drol. As of now, I’m going to start a stack of Novedex and Hypertest. I’m gonna add some CEE in along with my 250+ grams of protein a day. I’m also about to kick my cardio up a notch. For the past few weeks, I have only been lifting, but I’m going to start running my 3 mile course 3 days a week. I plan on doing this for 30 days, and then back to the H-drol and probably Propadrol(hope I spelled that right). I’m satisfied with my progress. I haven’t seen a lot of physical changes, but my strength changes are great. I went from not being able to rep 225 4x a month ago, to getting my one time 315 rep this morning. I am a firm believer in H-drol and nano vapor. I think that I am well on my way to maxing 400 before the end of the year. Now I’m going to work on my conditioning so that I can reach my other goal of 10% bodyfat by the end of the year. To anyone reading this, please check out my video, and let me know how my form is.

Well, I’m officially one month into my workouts. I must say that I am pleased with my progress. I seem to see results with my shirt on. My sleeves are hugging my arms a little tighter and my traps are starting to peek out. But when my shirt comes off, all of the results seem to go away. I wanted to finish this week out before posting another progress pic. I’ve seen strength gains all around. I haven’t kept up with my workout tracker the way that I wanted to, but I keep good notes of my workouts. I’m extremely happy with my gains on the flat bench. One week in, I could barely rep 205 six times. Now, I can rep 225 ten times. The only supplements that I am taking are H-drol, cycle support, and muscle milk. I’m also taking a multi-vitamin that you can find at the local drugstore. I know that I probably need something a little stronger. Eventhough I am motivated, I know that I need to make a lot of adjustments. I need to increase my protein intake for one. I am eating cleaner, but I’m not tracking what I eat. I figure that I will kick things into a higher gear as I finish my 30 day cycle of H-drol. I’m going to use Novedex, Hypertest(for libido), Creatine Monohydrate, and Optimum Whey for 60 days. I’ll probably toss in Lipo-6 for fat burn as I increase my cardio. This is a wonderful site for ideas, routines, and motivation.

Well, my workouts have not gotten off to the start that I was hoping for. My first week, I was excited and motivated to get started. I can honestly say that I had 3 productive workouts. The 2nd week was also good. I had to workout 3 days in a row because I took my family to Disneyworld at the end of the week. The 3rd week is when I began to have problems. On my 2nd workout for the week(chest), I decided to push myself a little more just to see what I could do. On my 6th rep of 225 on the bench, I found myself pinned under the bar. This is the first time that this had ever happened to me. My arm just gave out on me. I also had the clips on, so I couldn’t just tilt the bar to dump off the weights. I sat the weight down on my chest and tried to roll it. At first it wasn’t so bad, but then it began to feel like a elephant had just sat on my chest. I began to panic. After about 3 minutes, I finally wiggled out from underneath. I always believed that a bar would never come down on me. I figured that some sort of survival instinct would kick in and I would get it up. I guess that I learned my lesson. That really shook my confidence. But I realized that my strength hadn’t built up yet, and I reminded myself that you have to crawl before you can walk again. On to week 4. My first workout of the week, I was ready to do my squats. I got up under 185. I considered this to be a warm-up set. I wanted to go as low as possible. I thought that I had good form, and I had a belt on. All of a sudden, I felt a wierd sensation in my back. I knew that I hadn’t done serious damage, but something wasn’t right. My back felt as if someone was placing all of their weight on one knee in the small of my back. So, now I’m taking the rest of the week off to heal before I start back next week. I’m trying not to get discouraged, but I finally am starting to feel older. I don’t feel invincible anymore. It is ironic that when I finally am convinced that I am ready to maintain a total fitness and nutrition program, my body is refusing to cooperate. I’m going to fight it guys. I have a goal to reach. But this is so much harder than it used to be.

Hello all. I am happy to have found bodyspace. It is inspiring to see all of the members who have dedicated their lives to physical fitness. I have recently decided to transform my body. I turned 29 on St. Pattys day, and I want to be totally transformed by my 30th birthday. I have a lot of bad habits. I love martinis. I love to eat cheese and bread. But I really believe that this is it this time. I have called myself being ready to get serious about working out before, but I seem to be extra motivated this time. It is frustrating not being able to lift much, but I know that results will come if I just stick with it. I’m not really looking to gain mass. I weigh around 240 now. I just want to cut that up. I also want to improve my cardio. I know that too much cardio can be detrimental to a bodybuilder, but I really want to run a marathon with a cousin of mine. Well, this is a brief introduction. I hope to make a lot of friends on here.
