315!!! Video on page-Please critique form
Well, I must say that I had a great day. For the first time in my life, I was able to lift 315 pounds. I almost lifted 300 a couple of years back, but my spotter touched the bar-so I don’t count that one. But this is the first time that I have been able to lift this heavy, especially since my shoulder injury. This ends my first cycle of H-drol. As of now, I’m going to start a stack of Novedex and Hypertest. I’m gonna add some CEE in along with my 250+ grams of protein a day. I’m also about to kick my cardio up a notch. For the past few weeks, I have only been lifting, but I’m going to start running my 3 mile course 3 days a week. I plan on doing this for 30 days, and then back to the H-drol and probably Propadrol(hope I spelled that right). I’m satisfied with my progress. I haven’t seen a lot of physical changes, but my strength changes are great. I went from not being able to rep 225 4x a month ago, to getting my one time 315 rep this morning. I am a firm believer in H-drol and nano vapor. I think that I am well on my way to maxing 400 before the end of the year. Now I’m going to work on my conditioning so that I can reach my other goal of 10% bodyfat by the end of the year. To anyone reading this, please check out my video, and let me know how my form is.
