One Month In
Well, I’m officially one month into my workouts. I must say that I am pleased with my progress. I seem to see results with my shirt on. My sleeves are hugging my arms a little tighter and my traps are starting to peek out. But when my shirt comes off, all of the results seem to go away. I wanted to finish this week out before posting another progress pic. I’ve seen strength gains all around. I haven’t kept up with my workout tracker the way that I wanted to, but I keep good notes of my workouts. I’m extremely happy with my gains on the flat bench. One week in, I could barely rep 205 six times. Now, I can rep 225 ten times. The only supplements that I am taking are H-drol, cycle support, and muscle milk. I’m also taking a multi-vitamin that you can find at the local drugstore. I know that I probably need something a little stronger. Eventhough I am motivated, I know that I need to make a lot of adjustments. I need to increase my protein intake for one. I am eating cleaner, but I’m not tracking what I eat. I figure that I will kick things into a higher gear as I finish my 30 day cycle of H-drol. I’m going to use Novedex, Hypertest(for libido), Creatine Monohydrate, and Optimum Whey for 60 days. I’ll probably toss in Lipo-6 for fat burn as I increase my cardio. This is a wonderful site for ideas, routines, and motivation.
