Introduction
Hello all. I am happy to have found bodyspace. It is inspiring to see all of the members who have dedicated their lives to physical fitness. I have recently decided to transform my body. I turned 29 on St. Pattys day, and I want to be totally transformed by my 30th birthday. I have a lot of bad habits. I love martinis. I love to eat cheese and bread. But I really believe that this is it this time. I have called myself being ready to get serious about working out before, but I seem to be extra motivated this time. It is frustrating not being able to lift much, but I know that results will come if I just stick with it. I’m not really looking to gain mass. I weigh around 240 now. I just want to cut that up. I also want to improve my cardio. I know that too much cardio can be detrimental to a bodybuilder, but I really want to run a marathon with a cousin of mine. Well, this is a brief introduction. I hope to make a lot of friends on here.
