Still doing the pushup program 14-16-12-12-17. Heard a popping noise in my left shoulder, dammit, going to keep going tho.
Continuing to do 5 X 5’s for the month, Mon/Wed/Fri, doing Yoga on Tues. Thinking about either another Yoga class on Sat or dust off the bicycle and go for a ride, nothing major tho.
