Whey protein powder, fish oil, raw aminos and clean whole foods….

Glutamine, BCAA’s, Cellmass (which has CEM creatine, doesn’t make you feel bloated), whey protein, Opti-women, flaxseed oil, and Triple Flex for the joints.
