These are mine. Use daily. Exept for Cytolean (use it only when ‘cutting’). What helps you to stay healthy and achieve your fitness goals?

    Whey protein powder, fish oil, raw aminos and clean whole foods….

    Glutamine, BCAA’s, Cellmass (which has CEM creatine, doesn’t make you feel bloated), whey protein, Opti-women, flaxseed oil, and Triple Flex for the joints.
