Hameed, congratulations, people most often forgets that in order to achieve great things you must first do the very basic ones. Reading this blog entry I realize that I have miss some clear points in my training. Next Thursday I will be going to the X-Ray to see bone alignment and ultrasound to get some soft tissue views of my right knee, and comply with what I have to do, don't like the prospect to have the knee open, and get some repair done, my hope is to have some swollen ligaments an that is it.
Keep pumping heavy, eating well and keep us posted.

Thank you

It just really sucks when you work that hard! I just eat a bit of the bad foods i crave then forget about it A.S.A.P. My boyfriend was home for a week and we ate like pigs and not so much bad stuff but too much of it. I feel like crap now so starting a cleanse will help. I start cardio tomorrow and a new training phase. Hey thomasfrotten, i'm at about the same bf% as you and i dunno, no matter how hard i try i get so frustrated about the fat not burning off. No more muffins and cafe lattes for me, the are the devil!

I keep reading and hearing that diet is 90% of the battle in body shape goals. I spent so much of my life in poor eating habits, it makes it more difficult now that my metabolism isn't quite what it was ten years ago. I really wish I hadn't grown so accustomed to the average american diet. Thankfully I have the knowledge to help me make great choices. I try to eat things like apples with natural peanut butter when I get a candy craving. It helps. Heather is right, it is awesome that we are all open with our struggles. Most of us kind of look out for one another.
