Week 1: Day 2
Goodmorning to all, yesterday I had a pretty good day overall. My calories were on point ….I consumed 1239 calories. These 1239 calories consisted of 20%/ Fat, 41%/Protein, and 39% carbs. I just remembered that I forgot to calculate my flaxseed…oh well. As far as my training is concerned, I did about 20 min of jumping rope which I’m starting to enjoy. I mean not only is my heart pumping, but I also feel sore even when its not a leg day…Bonus!!! Today I’ll try the treadmill with a w/o plan I got from a fellow BB. Yesterday, I also did legs and abs.
Abs: 2/25 Oblique crunches & 2/25 Russian twists. (On fire as usual)
Legs: DB Squats 5/x12/x10/x8/x12/x12 (Today I feel so sore..progress feels so good)
Deadlift 5/x12/x10/x8/x12/x12
Leg Extensins: 5/x12/x10/x8/x12/x12
Leg Curl: 5/x12/x10/x8/x12/x12
