Starting Up

Saturday, November 17th, 2007

Today is the first offical day of off season from football, there for making it my first day of training.

Because of a blown out knee that will need to be cut open, i will be woking upper body only for the first 2 weeks.

Once back to full strength i will go twice a day. Once AM and once PM

 AM- Upper body

PM- Lower Body

my goal of the first 6 weeks will be to add on as much quality muscle and bulk as possable.

week 6- about 8 of 9, will consist of cutting and working on exploseive fast twich for sports.

 Intrested to see how this plan goes.

Eagle Football season is winding down. So is my chance to continue my ability to kick in games. I will not lose focus of the sport till the season is over. But come day one of off season my work begins.
