Starting Up
Today is the first offical day of off season from football, there for making it my first day of training.
Because of a blown out knee that will need to be cut open, i will be woking upper body only for the first 2 weeks.
Once back to full strength i will go twice a day. Once AM and once PM
AM- Upper body
PM- Lower Body
my goal of the first 6 weeks will be to add on as much quality muscle and bulk as possable.
week 6- about 8 of 9, will consist of cutting and working on exploseive fast twich for sports.
Intrested to see how this plan goes.
