Day 4 - Brigitte Brodski’s 12 week Trim Down Diet
Okay, so yesterday I was so happy to see 1 pound down, right? Well this morning….2 pounds down?!?! This MUST be WATER! I also have been really good at taking my thyroid pill…yes another challenge to overcome at times - so maybe that contributed to this? Either way, I’m just thrilled it’s happening. I see the change in my stomach. The bloating feeling is gone and things aren’t as saggy…lol
Meal plan for the day:
9am - oatmeal,protein
11am - canned chicken in place of tuna, celery
1pm - chicken n bbq sauce, black beans
3pm - chicken n broccolli
5pm - chicken n broccolli
Gym: CARDIO. Couldn’t go last night,had a past due paper for school. But met up with my trainer last night and we are going to start up again once a week on Wednesdays. I’M THRILLED. SHE IS THE BEST - - - - SHE NEEDS TO BE WITH THE PROS (even though she has in the past, she needs to go back, what an asset!).

This is good news for you! Though there are many factors that could have contributed to this short-term succes, the point is that it helps motivate you to do more. That will bring about more long-term successes. So keep at it, and 2008 will indeed be YOUR year.
