Day 1 - Brigitte Brodski’s 12 week Trim Down Diet
Monday, June 30th, 2008Okay, I am trying a new diet I found on BB.com. I think I roller coastered so much before because I was bored of recycling the old ones. Went grocery shopping yesterday and ate my last supper (junk food) yesterday.
Today’s meals:
- 9am…cottage cheese,apple
- 11am…canned chicken,celery (allergic to tuna)
- 1pm…chicken with bbq,green beans
- 3pm…protein bar
- 5pm…turkey burger w/ketchup, a mixture of tomato onions sourcream
And all of it will be eaten at work. So when I get to the gym and home after work, water only. This will give me willpower in my first couple of weeks.
Workout tonight: ALL LEGS BABY
After talking with Chicana_Peach, I realize I need to take a before picture again - I’ll do that tonight. I am also using the Beck Diet Solution workbook which helps me keep mental strength.
