no gym today :(
Wednesday, May 14th, 2008Eating right, while there are trays and trays of muffins and fruit on the counter behind me at work.
Slight pain in the shoulder from yesterday’s 2 1/2 hour workout..unfortunately other tedious responsbilities need to be dealt with tonight, but I will still get 4-5 days in this week.
Spirits still high! down 3 lbs at 178 now.
