			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey guys, this is my first blog here on bb.com..anyway, I&#8217;ve been training exceptionally hard lately, about a month ago, my biceps measured in at 13&quot; (which they were stuck at for about 4 months or so), but when I measured them today they were at 14.1 inches..I was shocked! I&#8217;ve never seen a gain in size to that extent in such a short amount of time, I am truly happy with my gains in strength and size lately.</p>
<p> I&#8217;ve been hitting the gym at least 3 times every week, working on each muscle group once a week, but I switched it up and I work on all parts of my arms twice a week, and I go to the gym about 4-5 times a week now. I have noticed my chest has gotten somewhat bigger, along with my strength for my chest and triceps.</p>
<p> I was on the iso-lateral decline press and I maxed out at 274 pounds with 3 reps..I&#8217;ve NEVER done that amount of weight before (but I also tried out my first sample serving of N.O. Explode today so that more than likely helped lol). I used to do only about 230-240 on that machine before. I just keep switching up my weight training sessions so I don&#8217;t really have a base plan at the moment..but overall everything seems to be working extremely well.</p>
<p> I plan on purchasing N.O. Explode, and other BSN products (omg their whey protein is the best I&#8217;ve ever had in my life), and Universal Torrent. I hope my stack works out good for me, and brings me up to 145-150 pounds by the end of the summer. Good luck to everyone! =]
