I’ve been so very very bad with my eating habits.  i ppromise myself i start again, and that was yesterday.  I havent weight myself yet, i’m scared even to know.  My wake up call was when I lookes at the mirror and noticed how HUGE my arms were.  its ridiculous!  i am so going to keep up.  and i am so going to wear my bikinis next summer lols!

I am so disappointed with myself last weekend.  I ate and ate and ate like theres no tommorow :(   I am working my ass out though and decided not to weigh myself until thursday.  What is with food that I cant resist?  I just loooove food too much.  What can I do with this craving all the time.  And whats worse I become more obsessed with food when I know i’m not suppose to have it.  I havent given up.  I havent ate any cravings since last monday.  so ….i’m still good.  I think.

Yaaaaay!  I made it!!!  I lost 2 kg already.  Doesnt mean I’ll stop working out.  I am more motivated now than ever.  I’m just waiting now for my Protein Shakes and bars to come.  Bram ordered some for me last week.  It should be here soon.  He reckons it’ll help me better with my diet.  I cant wait for summer now.  Ha hah!

OMG!!!  as in OMG!  lols!  its only been 4 days and i lost nearly 2kg.  yay!  weeeeeee!!!!  And i was aiming for 2 kg in a month.  I’m so proud of myself ha! ha!  I still do get starve around 5 in the afternoon everyday since I started my diet.  Hmmm… maybe I should just eat something that time since I dont eat dinner after my workout anyway.  I dont know why after my workout I just dont feel like eating anymore.  I cant even force any food.  Bram-my personal trainer ;) just told me I’m having Sunday as my day off.  I wont have my training and I can eat as much as i want to.  I am so going to cook rice and pork and chicken ha haha  I promise I wont go overboard.  Will see what happens on monday, hopefully I wont gain any weight after Sunday.

2nd day.  I am not complaining when I say my whole body is aching.  I’m just saying out loud.  I am not giving up and i’m not even thinking about giving up yet :)

I got really frustrated this afternoon when I weighed myself and it went up to 4lbs.  I weighed myself this morning when I woke up and it was 63.9kg then this afternoon it was 64.4kg.  I freaked out coz I just followed my diet.  I didnt even have a taste of my favorite fried chicken when my kids were having some :( not a bite of chocolate too!  Then my husband told me thats pretty normal, it fluctuates easily.  And tonight after my workout I weughed myself again and it was 63.3kg yay!  i am soooo happy.  I hope i’ll keep up.

I started my training today which includes diet and workout.  i am so glad my partner hasnt given up on me after too many attempts to get me fit.

My diet isnt bad at all, too easy.  No sweat.  Although I admit I got really really hungry around 5 this afternoon.  i was going to have my dinner with my girls but Bram told me to have my tea after my workout.

My husband has set me up with what I think is the easiest workout plan–not really.  Well, I think its a realistic and very attainable plan.  I didnt complain at all eventhough my whole body is aching the first 10minutes.  He said I was only working out for 14 minutes it felt like an hour already.

I’m looking forward for my next training.  Its really painfulhard but hey, no pain no gain just like what everybody says.
