Project Mayhem Week 1
I’m simply calling my progress each week Project Mayhem which I began 3/2/09. Every Saturday i’ll be updating my stats so it will keep me motivated & I will not lose focus. Well recently my friends i’ve lost 5lbs. & .8% body fat! That gets me fired up & the key to my success has been #1 the motivation plus helpful tips from many of you on here, thanks everyone! I’ve been eating better plus taking a great supplement stack, just view my profile to check it out. It’s the first time that I’ve taken supplements but the results are tremendous! Some choices on my next order will be different but i’m very satisfied. Just a tip if you have the right mind-set you’ll pump the weight, your mind fuels the drive just be positive & give it a shot!
