Making changes.

 Well, I’ve been sparing for a few weeks now , and training like a mad man, Why some might ask, I belive a gained about 8 lbs over the holidays, and my birthday. That sucks, I guess I justgat too relaxed had a few too many cheat meals, and skip a few workouts.

 Its quite disapointing, Theres no one to blame but myself, no excuses, no reason, I just lost focus! but I have found it! I’ve always said that I love Bodybuilding/fitness due to its a battle with you! its you against you, its all about willpower, and pushing yorself, And I let myself down, I’ve worked out a game plan, a stricter diet, and a better workout plan.

 So I challange anyone who reads this drop me a message, ask me if I trained today, ask if I’m on track, I’ll be a better person for the push. Thank you, and train smart, train hard, but most important train.

Monster workout

Sunday, January 13th, 2008

 So today i just used the fitness center at my Apt, I got there and decided to do some monster sets, I did 120 reps for flat bench, 1 st two sets wer warm ups, with 15 reps apeice, then on to my working sets, 2nd two I knocked out 20 reps each, up the weight a bit, and did 5 more sets of 10! Then on to incline bench with 100 reps, four sets of 20 and 2 of ten, then decline bench 60 reps, six sets of 10…it has me pumped, I love that feeling especaily when chest is a week spot for me, I finished with some pushdowns for triceps, and 30 min of cardio, followed with a good stretch!

Feeeling great today, Hope everyone has as good a day as I am! Stay strong, and train smart!

3 days no work….

 Well today starts my mini vaction, tomorrow being my birthday I decided I need a break, so I slept in today, now I’m going to get ready to hit the gym, for a fantastic leg workout. then tonight will be some cardio at my apartment fitness center. I’m planning on useing the next 3 days as shock routuine for the whole body, plus I’ve got some sparring to do.

 I’ll be making my meals for the next couple of days, and hopefully getting some New boxing/MMA gloves and focas mitts for my b-day! Its kind of nice my wifes been kind of training with me, doing cardio, but she said she’ll do drills with the focus mitts.

 Well enough with this, I’m off to enjoy a day off, I’ll post my workout tonight. Train hard, and stay strong!

An early start of the day

 Well up at 4 am to get in some body weight exersices and stretching! Got to pull two open to close shifts today and tomorrow, So I fell back to some boot camp style PT this morning, got in a decent work out, tomorrow will be some more of the same, and then 3 days off. Thats when I’ll get in some good workouts.

 Off to have a great breakfast, buckwheat pancakes and eggs! Have a great day all!!!!!!!
