Crazy Week
Friday, November 16th, 2007Well this week has been nuts, my days are nights and nights are days, had to pull a weeks worth of overnights, which plays havok on ones body, but it was kind of a shocker.
My works out have been in my buildings Fitness center, so my weight training has been limited but i took the time to do high reps, I’m talking 25-50 reps 2-3 sets and cardio is kicking good, And with this overnights I’m getting more done at work which is burning more calories. Tomorrow I go back to days so it will be my day off, and on sunday I’ll hit the gym with a new program.
I decided to extend my wieght loss, I made good gains, but I really don’t want to do a mass phase with this much body fat.
I’ve been off a fat burner for a few weeks now, so I’ll be shopping around for a new one. Any Ideas on what i should take?
