14lbs to go!
Well its weigh in day, and I’m still loseing, so to reach phase one of my goal I need to lose 5 pounds a week, Totally can do! So this week my deit gets a little tighter, cutting back on a few more carbs, adding some time to both my cardio sessions,
I want to say thanks for all the people who talk to me, It seems like every update i’m the lightest i been in 10 years. Its awesome the support on here is fantastic.
well todays my one rest day, but i have to work, and thats some days is a workout. Gotta go process some shoes, always processing shoes.

Way to go on the weight lose, i need to cut back on carbs as well, can not seems ot drop weight, seems like I have hit a wall in my progress. . . not really gaining or losing.
