vacation

 Well today started my vacation, know its time to kick up my workouts. I entered fisher33’s contest, so thats a motavation, for the next 2 weeks, i’ll be elevating my game with 2 a days. with no work, I’ll be able to put in all my effort to training, and diet.

 Tonight i’ve got a five hour drive, then tomorrow morning its chest, then a pm tri and abs workout. So I’m hoping for great gains this vacation, what a way to relax, just me and training, and some visiting of family. I’m excited to see there faces when they see how lean I am.

wild weekends!

 Well the last 2 days have been Incredable, I started off yesterday just enjoying a day off, doing some house hold choirs, then I deiceded to get in a workout, and did a chest/back workout! Instead of the gym, I hit the little fitness center in my apt. building. I got in a huge workout, got a killer pump, then got in some amazing cardio. Some times its little simple workouts that do the most for me, I felt Huge, so much blood pumped into my upperbody! FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!

 Then this morning another big workout, LEG DAY! Went heavy, went long, it was a brutal workout, but what my chest/back did for upperbody, this did for my lower body! I love hack squats, its just doing it for me.

 I also started taking new supplaments this week, and i think I like them, its a fizogen stack, I’m taking 2 products for 3 weeks, then a different 2 for another 3 weeks, and back and forth for 12 weeks. Guess will see how it goes. Well hope every one is haveing as great a weekend as me, Stay strong, lift long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chest Day

Monday, October 15th, 2007

 Well, today was chest day and again another great workout. Started off with some flat bench for 5 sets, pyramiding my sets, then on to the hammer strentgh to go heavy for 6 sets, did decending sets there, then on to incline bench, then finished it off with cable cross overs, then 3 sets of crunches to failure, and 60 min of cardio, 25 on stair stepper, 15 heavy bag, then 20 on the treadmill. I feel great and got a killer pump!

 Two weeks left of my cutting phase, so its up early for cardio tomorrow, then its back after work. I’m feeling awesome, and i love the changes i’m seeing. Stay strong!

Crazy Legs….

 Well I just finished a brutal 1 hour leg workout. This was the single best leg day ever. 1st off last leg day i found this hack squat, that I love, with my back problems, it some times hurts to squat, and i have trouble going down the full way, well not with this I was getting deep squats, with around 310lb, which beats my normal squats, then on to hams, with lying leg curls, and stiff leg deads, it was fast and intense, no more than 45-60 seconds rest between sets, did calf work, standing and seated, the on to extensions. all in all I felt great, had the wobbley legs going for a while, they feel pumped, I’m pumped It got me wanting to hit the gym already for tomorrow. Can’t wait to devastate my delts and traps tomorrow, well sweet dreams, dream of smaller waists, and fuller muscles, God Bless! Stay Strong.

WHAT A DAY!!!

 Well, today has and is a new day for my life, I had to go to work at 6am, to let the floor cleaners in. then I had to stay late, due to the fact that my boss got pulled over, and some how I got more work done than most days. 

 I joked I was going to get a mt. bike, and ride to and from work 6miles, So on a whim, I went to sears and bought one. and i found out it only takes 36 min to ride 6 miles… I feel great I use to ride alot as a kid, even raced BMX a bit. So know I’m burning more calories, and saveing the envoroment. I figure I only got a good month before it gets to cold to ride, and then I’ll be starting my mass phase anyway.

 So I challenge anyone to find a way to elevate the game, go the extra mile. Yeah look at my pics, nothing to brag about, but me I’m a warrior, in 6 months I’ll be better than before, its not bragging its fact, so I expect any who read this check in and give me your feed back, and encourgement, thank you and God bless!

mondays

 Well its the start to another week, and I’m on the right track, got in cardio this morning, and a chest work out this evening with anoth 30 min of cardio. It was good, i feel pumped in my chest, its nice and tight! I have an early day of work tomorrow, so i’m planning on AM cardio, a back workout with cardio, then an evening session of cardio. this week, I’ll do 3 days with a 3 sessions of cardio. next week I’m going to try and get in a 3rd session 5 nights.

 Also tomorrow, I’m buying a new mountain bike, and i’m going to start rideing back and forth to work. It’s 5.5 miles, so i’m hopeing that will burn even more, I’m going to reach and/or beat my goal.  I’m so pump to take my update pictures this weekend. It will be amazing.

14lbs to go!

 Well its weigh in day, and I’m still loseing, so to reach phase one of my goal I need to lose 5 pounds a week, Totally can do! So this week my deit gets a little tighter, cutting back on a few more carbs, adding some time to both my cardio sessions,

 I want to say thanks for all the people who talk to me, It seems like every update i’m the lightest i been in 10 years. Its awesome the support on here is fantastic.

 well todays my one rest day, but i have to work, and thats some days is a workout. Gotta go process some shoes, always processing shoes.

Masters Event????????

 So heres whats been weighing on my mind, the gym i go to has some big guys they all compete, I’ve only lived here a few months and I’m starting to talk to them more. Two days ago one of the guys ask if i was trying to compete due to loseing some weight and hitting the weights hard 5-6 times a week, I joked and said in 9 years when i’m 40 I’ll do a masters. Well yesterday he ask me about it again. I never really thought about competeing, but now the wheels in my head are turning, Could I? Should I? Tell me what everyone out there thinks.

 Well everyone have a great day I’m off for shoulders/traps, and cardio…Yeah Day off!

Best fat burner, and why

 OK so I’m up at 5am to do carido, i know its the best time to burn fat, I’m eating every 2-3 hours, but i’m curious what everyone takes for a fat burner what do you think works best? any one whos take one let me know what you think, I need to step up my weight lose some. well thanks for the input! big back day

 Well I’m getting more motovated each day, today was a huge day, a friend from work wanted to tag along, he’s younger and smaller, but he keep up pretty well, not that i’m the strongest guy, but if he couldn’t do the weight i was he’d do more sets. Well that got me pumped, and i’d add extra weight, so  i’d do a couple extra reps with more weight. Top notch workout.

So its weird I’m always looking for people to inspire me, and give me tips and techniques, and he’s coming to me for them, funny how it all goes round and round. I was helping him, and i found some of the big guys talking to me. So now I can pick their brains!

All and all today was another fantastic day, got in my morning cardio, and then a big back day. hope everyone else had a good day.
