3 weeks to go

Sunday, September 30th, 2007

Well I have 3 weeks till I go back for Vacation, its time to step up, and show that I’m the best I can be. Added more cardio, drop some carbs, drink more water, and always stay positive, Today I’m going to add an extra leg day, so i’ll have two this week, kind of a shocker week. I’m planning on a strong work out, then off to see the Steelers kick @$$ today!

So Unoffically I’ve droped below 220lb to 217lb, but i normally weigh myself once a week, I just thought I looked good the other day and wanted to see if any progress was made. Its the first time in over 10 years that i droped below 220lb, now if i can just maintain that of drop 1-2 more this week, i’ll be doing fantastic, The reason motovation, I look at everyones transformation, and progress, and i think I can do that I can look that good,

Now a quick rant about the Big O last night, WOW Ronnie got 4th, that was a shock, I didn’t think he’d win but 4th that sucks for your last show, but I’d assume that but the nail in the coffin for his O days. But Iron Jay is still on top!

Well time to eat and train!

sticking points

Saturday, September 29th, 2007

Well here I am at 220lb again, this seems to be were I get everytime, then pow i lose motavation, or get distracted. Thought this time, I’m down more in body fat, than just weight, which means my diet is working. As long as I’m keeping what muscle I have I’m happy.

So this next week is chrunch time for me, this is were i need to step and elavate my game! in 3 weeks I’m heading back to Iowa to visit friends, and my (wifes) family, when I was gone the first time, they all noticed I thined out, this time I’m aimimg for some wows!

I’m planning on cutting my carbs back, uping protein intake, and adding some time to cardio. I know this will work its how I got this far, so far. Now is the staying focus, and motavating myself. Weird never thought I’d say this but I’m motatvating myself, by looking at the progress picture I took, Knowing that in a week I’ll be taking another is getting pumped up, already today i had a great arm work out, did some ab work and 45 minutes of cardio.

Tomorrow I’m goinmg to change things up and add a AM cardio before church. normally Sundays is a day of rest. but I think they extra morning boost will do me good, then in the afternoon, the wife and I are going on a hike. Well Wish me luck time to bust the 220lb mark, everyone have a great weekend.

another fun day at work

Wednesday, September 26th, 2007

Well 3rd time i’m writting and i’m off to a great day, last night i had a killer back workout, then went back to work for a couple hours, only to get in a before bed cardio session. on my way home from work my wife calls me and said she was going to our apts fittness center, so i figured i’d just go and hang out, but the call of cardio was too great, and i hate cardio.

Gotta say I slept well last night, up early today going to be an open to close 12 hour shift at work, so in stead of getting crabby about it i got up pack my meals all 4 of them, real food, I have a 5lb tub of protein at my job, along with ready to drinks! and I figure i can hit the fittness center for a workout.

Staying motavated is key, this is why i was an off and on lifter i let things I couldn’t control, get me pissed and i’d just take the day off, then it was two days, then a week. not now I have drive, i look at everyone on here and i see fantastic changes in progress pictures, and I want that! so thanks to everyone for pushing me to be better. Hope your day is great. Mines going to be, because i choice for it to be!

motavation

Tuesday, September 25th, 2007

Well yesterday was chest day and i think i hit it harder and longer than normal, i think starting my profile, knowing that people can look at me is a great motavator. Todays back day, been pumped about it all day, just getting my focus. i’m looking foward to see what kind of progress can be made after a week of totally motavated lifts.

I’m off to hit it heavy and hard, have a great one to any and all! :)

1st day

Monday, September 24th, 2007

well this is the first day of my blog, and my profile. As for an explanation, i’ve been a bodybuilding fan for years, I learned all i could, and started and stoped more times than i can remember. This past may i moved to the Chicago area, to take a new posion with Nike, as part of my move i decided to take my health, and lifting more seriously.

So i joined a power house gym, cleaned up my diet and lost close to 25lbs, so know at about 224lb, i’m at the lightest i’ve been in 10 years. my main goal right know is staying on track, losing more bodyfat, staying consistant with my routine, and finding even greater motivation.

And that brings me to the favor portion, i ask if any reads this send a message, be honest, not rude. i know i have alot of work ahead of me, my gut is still large, my lifts are not as strong as i’d like them, but everyones got to start some where.

Well i’ve already got 45 min of cardio in this morning, i’m off to get some groceries, and cook some meals in advance for this week, then off to the gym later for weight training and 2nd round of cardio. Hope to here from some of you. Stay true, and be your best.

Welcome!
